Return of Reckoning

I also have a problem with the new update, last time i played like a month ago it worked perfect now i get this error

is there really no team balancing on scenarios. Every time I play, one team has more players than the other which ruins the fun for me.

Yea I fixed it had to unblock some things and deselect read only

I cant start the game,I opened it with admin privileges,the launcher is in the main folder,the folder is read only,the launcher is not so I dont know what to do....
