Have you tried to combine the punt with the slow? Due to the 1s cast of the punt you can spam the slow button and hit them while they take off as long as they're right in your face. Might be helpful to start kiting or win a second or two against melee. Im supposed to do that yeah, but I kinda forge...

Someone might be interested.. Engi is running 3pc def sov, 2piece warlord and rest victorious, coupled with 2 fleshrenders and often regen stone in ranked ring. Weapons are the broker from CnT and rr61 def SC weapon. That turns in 700+ toughness, 70ish hp regen/s and 950ish BS with almost none weap...
