Is there any way I can use the 2h axe "Bigchoppa Of The Subjugator" on my Black Orc?

Forgot to mention that I'we been queued mostly as WE, Magus, BlackOrc, Chosen. Can't say that I have noticed any differens in the rate that i get pops..
But I'll try to keep an eye out, and see if I in fact notice some sort of difference when queued on dps vs tanks.

Scenario pop issue
I have problem getting a sc pop in midtier for some reason. Been queued for as long as 30min+ on primetime with 0 scenario's For some reason this issue goes away when I'm queued in a grp, not as leader. Been having this issue for a week or so, tryed everything i can think of.. repaired the client ...
