Return of Reckoning

Hello again,
Been stuck a few days. Have tried several things like /stuck, login with an other char and login again. Nothing works.
Char: Elvenmane, Location: Dragonwake, Guild: Gimle

I got a message in the middle of the black screen that it reads as follows:
"Your account's play time will expire ...

The Career tactic "No Quarter", from Path of the Scout mastery-tree, seems to not function properly.
It reads "Eagle's Eye and Festering Arrow now builds up to 1 second faster". In reality, it does work for the first 1-2 shots but then it returns back to the previous casting ...

bright wizard cast time tactic is also bugged


I have done some testing. The career tactic works normally on pve, quests and etc.. The bug comes from scs/pvp.
