I tried doing everything by the guide, but unfortunately, when I press either the username or password input in the launcher, I get this error:

Yes, most people PvP, and there is lots of low lvl PvP too (both scenarios and RvR). Low lvl PuG scenarios are usually really unbalanced though, so I recommend finding a guild and PvPing with them.

Nah, Finland here 'keks' is a pretty commonly used word for cookie in many countries, if that is why you thought I was from the Balkans
