A few personal notes after looking at the buffs/nerfs for both classes. I play both magusrr82 and engirr71 .

Magus looks amazing on papper, prolly op since they already own engi hard both in dmg and sustain. The 50% casttime redu while using the insta dmg skill will make gameplay flow a lot ...

It’s working great, yes Q is longer in most cases but scs are just so much more balanced. The new matchmaking is 5ThumbsUp . Pre facing pre is gg , with 1p fillers on each side.
2 premaded vs pugs in old system was nothing but pure grief and bad game design.

6mans running over puggers is gone ...

Play both classes, rr80+ BiS. Yes it hits for 1k + each channel on 75% armor targets, more on squishiest . It’s over tuned atm on both classes.

When playing Mara I can channel 9 people and do twice the dmg then if I choose to channel 1 target. Ev n worse for Wls , 1,2k hits are normal in wb.

It needs a fix, as you state. Faster animation is a good and simple adjustment, id also recon a 5-8 sec duration slow would be in order, it costs mastery and a major flaw with Asw is it lacks a slow skill. Msh gets it for free.

Both classes needs a snare/root break in melee specc but thats another ...

Moving parry from ws to ini is a good change and a needed one. 2h tanks were way to oppressive with good dmg and over the top defenses.
I can relate to mdps being concerned , i play em on both sides, but its a step in the right direction. Tanks will adjust stat focus and get decent parry again but ...
