Cant call it a buff, u need to drop really good stuff for it if u want to have both winds and anticrit buff. Main candidate to drop is snare. Usual rvr snb - what to drop for elite training? Snare? Would it be worth it?

Oil expected, gz slays and chopas, elite training atleast make some sense now, overall nothing gamechanging.

Its loking good in numbers but its nothing for your group and usually waste of tactics. Its like 1k hp per 10sec for grp. I agree with Farrul, armor doesnt counter WE, only toughness and corp resist. I have no idea why people now say aSW and def lion counter them tnx to armor staking - they dont. Sol dont use regen egg in ring, prob her build is semi regen, fighting with full regen WE on lion when i met them years ago ...
