Is it normal that he download like 172000 datas in the launcher? that needs the whole day xD

can someone pls help here??
He cant find the War-64.exe and i did everyhing what was in the read me data still not working after the 7 Research datas he shows me that he cant find it.
But i got it in the folder with the launcher and stuff so pls help us here...

I got the same issue just downloaded the Game and it dont work because he cant download the War 64 exe...
