Return of Reckoning

I have no idea what I did, but my whole interface is gone....chat windows, hotbars...everything. How do I get it back up????

Salvaging seems to broken for a few players, where when they go to salvage an item, the window comes up, but is blank...therefore, cannot salvage. The repair option does not work, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the game several times still does not solve the issue.
