Return of Reckoning

It is happening when I'm closing the game.

Does someone know why I'm taking that RUNTIME ERROR? It started just 1 week ago, before that week I wasn't taking it and I didn't download anything like an addon for the game.

I was trying to look at other players' RR rank, but I can just see their normal ranks. How can see their RR ranks too?

I watched some videos that show how to do it but actually, I couldn't understand at all how to set up the spells. Like I just open the page and put my spells and open the "effect" and I wrote 1, -, e. But I do not know is it just that. If someone can help me I will be so thankful.

I tried with PrtSc but it is showing black picture and I checked the game folder too but there is do not have any screenshots folder. Can anyone help me ?
