Good point about extending of openers, having them reapplied nonstop would be cheating. But if we had a mutually exclusive choice between different types of stealth - one like we have now and other with shorter cooldowns but neutered or no opening effects that would be interesting.

1) the WH in Solo Target groups is very viable. Using exit wounds and Punish the False in the Inquisition (middle) tree can turn the WH into a scary healer killer, but he does need support.

which is one of the roles that WH can take (armor/morale/healing debuff exchanged for lower burst and emphasis on ST dps)

You will be spotted if you get too close. Usually I do not get spotted unless I am REALLY close. But I believe you have plenty enough time to do something before being spotted. I would advice staying a bit farther from the ennemy group and waiting for your allies to set up.
