I tried that and after a few attempts, it did take my gold, but the colors never changed, that is when I tried to contact help ...

I have tried to change my Guild Heraldry colors about 5 days ago, and my gold was taken but the change did not occur. Is there a way to create a link to discord and make a macro, or put in our guild daily message so new ppl can click it and be taken straight to the channel?
