Solved it. Uploaded files to cloud, deleted RoR, restarted, downed RoR from cloud. Got the same faulty launcher, Deleted RoR Exept faulty launcher which I added again by hand,reboot,downed RoR again, put the handcrafted launcher carefully in place(without mouse cause that was deleting the whole file...

Very good, but that isn't helping, cause it's the updater that gives me the error.
To avoid more of these "solutions"
Yes I run it as Admin even tried adding it to the registry by hand.

Yesterday 23/9 I had to update my launcher. Not a problem. Today 24/9 I clicked the launcher and W10 said: No, it's an unwanted program or virus.
