Edit: magus lost headpiece with +20 int tali...that's even worse...and some gear/talis from backpack. Won't check sorc, I value my nerves.

How about hiding nor working abilities for now? This news post is not on start page anymore, so I bet many people might've missed it. Would be failsafe option to have a list of only working abilities at trainer

Also what to do with equipped items? Undress on arrival to lower tier zone? You can't put that much time in working out scaling for item bonuses. In FF XIV this thing is called SYNC, when you are debolstered to lower levels, your gear also gets toned down to some parameters. But that can lead to a ...

Wait, they did a fix, from what i know, to avoid lvl12+ in t1 rvr. Before the fix you could use your newly obtained abilities, after the fix they were greyed out as long as you were in t1 rvr area and your leveled read 12-1. While I think it's possible to nerf people there, i don't know what to do ...

Yes, BWs seem to spec more into AE atm, but i think they could bomb both almost equally. I think it's also the reduced resistances since crafting was introduced, as everyone probably dropped the PvE gear with resistances, to take gear with talis slots. My second thought after "WTF?! 1500 crit ...
