in current meta bolster is useleess. most 40 are invader level geared or more. Bolster barely, repeat, BARELY put you on conqueror level gear (checked on 16 toon). my advice is avoid rvr like plague and level up scenarios. better face a 39 then a 40/80

i think this applies to all debuffs. I noticed on BHA and life leaka aswell
