Hello there, I believe I had my internet cut out for probably 10-15 seconds the other day, and RoR crashed. When I relaunched I received this "Important Message!" on the launcher.

In the target unit frame configuration menu there should be a drop down menu in top most side of window: name/level/value
click on LEVEL and tick the box "enable" :D

Same issue here. It is some kind of internet issue. The game was working fine yesterday but both computer's are doing the same thing, green web server, red login. I tried restarting the router and running a VPN but no luck.
