Was there a way to up-convert conqueror's Emblems back to oppressors?

I just made the mistake of converting my oppressor emblems to conqueror's thinking thats what I needed to get my RVR weapon upgrade then realizing i needed the oppressors

With the Invader bonus being good and Blood Lord set being out, how much weapon skill do most people top out at in full Invader, bloodlord, and highest renown scen weapons? Can anyone tell me which pieces of Vanquisher gear drop in gold bags from what zones keep lords.
