I would recommend buff WL first

For example you can judge pedofile if you catch him, but unless he is not detained, he will do dirty things.

Same with xRealmers - they will always find a way to do, well you know what......

Can Developers consider to remove all Stat Tactics (like +160 Intellect, Willpower, Ballistics skills. ets.) during next DPS reballance patch?

This will lead to much more variety for builds.

Now you just can't not to take those Tactics.
