Gj job giving healers strong spammable instacast dots, thats totally not annoying as hell and completely balanced. Also good on you to lower their ability to heal while doing that cause doing both would be really stupiiii oh wait. /sigh gcd spent on dot as a willpower healer is usually not worth it

I mean, if they keep autokicking you, you can keep rejoining and make sure they never get a warband leader crest. It might be considered griefing, or it might be the intended reason for the "don't kick too many people in an open WB". If they want the rewards of running an open WB - run an open WB ...

at this point just write bots to fill missing healer and tank spots. cant be that hard as they were around forever in almost every mmo to date
