welp.. i tried to abandon it and take it again but still there's no Raider's Chart in my quest inventory... sadge

Hello. I need to use the Raider's Chart for this quest but this item doesn't exist in my inventory. What do i have to do? Can i abandon the quest? Help!

i want to believe there's a way to implement russian translation of the quests (like it was on og wh:aor)

I'm from north western part of Russia and previosly, like months ago, i didn't needed any apps to bypass the "block" that seemed to appear now.
I can go thru launcher to launch the game but when i choose to log in with my character the game "thinks" longer and the process of "Preparing for WAR ...

haha ye i even couldn't find it again on my alt after i found it on another character a while ago xD
