Hey, I re downloaded the game today and cant get in, not sure if I downloaded it incorrectly or the server is down.

2 things on the forum say its down and one says its up and there's nothing on your Facebook or Twitter pages to say its down?

I just want to know if I've mucked up the download or if ...

ok so tried messing around with the AVG Firewall, tried logging in and got this error messgae.

Error starting: System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\UKGC\Desktop\Warhammer Online\WAR.exe' because it is being used by another process.

Have you updated AVG recently?

That is what has stopped the game working for me.

I downloaded it and put it in the folder with the launcher is that right?

Yes, i have been playing the game a couple of weeks.

Was playing this morning but as soon as i updated AVG i cannot get onto character selection.

Hello, i have just downloaded the updated AVG and tried playing War.

I cannot connect to my character screen.

I have added exceptions to the launcher, warpatch, test patch and war exe's and still nothing.

Any ideas?
