Did you check population in zone? When your side outnumbers the enemy, you get reduced rewards. Same if the enemy recently died.


You mean AAO/Reduced rations (or whatever the negative AAO is called)? Sure, I checked before. But 60% reduced XP/RR/Inf doesn't reduce the RR gain from 4k to 140 ...

So, for quite some time now, I get the feeling that the xp/rr/inf gained as a solo roamer (ie. outside of a party/wb) was reduced drastically.
