I would like to bind the action "Target self" to my key "§" but when trying to do so nothing happens in the keybinds window. I also tried to set it directly in the configuration file but the binding still doesn't work.

This proc is acquired notably by equipping 4 pieces victorious or 4 pieces oppressor.

Does anyone know if it has an internal cooldown ? Can a proc refresh the effect if still applied ?
