While it is obvious that Witch Hunters don't benefit from an entitlement with a fifth tactic slot available, what is this "fifth tactic" that some people mention ?

If Flanking is slotted as tactic, will the use of Feinted Positioning increase the overall damage by 15% if hitting the target from the front ?
