For those like me you are wondering what changed in carreers between PTS notes and patch notes, I made a diff between them and here's the result:

Ideally I would like to see an icon on my screen when the effect is active. Tried with Aura and Buffhead but without success.

Why would you need an addon to notify you of a toggle on/off ability? you can easily just press the P button, and look at your character stats to see if your intelligence, is really high, and your wisdom lower than normal, even with wisdom buff up?
