Return of Reckoning

Tzeentch is happened to be my favourite chaos god but I'm still curious why all chaos classes are related to him. I could easily imagine a tank or a melee dps be a Khorne worshipper, a tank or a healer be Nurgle and a melee dps or even a healer be Slaanesh while the Magus would stay what it already ...

Is Warhammer Fantasy eons of time apart from 40K, or is it a different world?

So I use 3 hotbar cluster and when I press for example 1+Alt it does what I have on 1+Ctrl. It's especially weird because it highlights the right hotbar slot, it just casts the other one instead.

Im new here and I don't know that much about the lore so this might sound dumb, but is there a lore reason that Tech Priests are not playable? Or it just happened to not become playable? I made a Magus and a Bright Wizard and I really dig their class fantasy, but it would be cool to abandon my flesh ...
