Return of Reckoning

I created and lvl up to 40 a toon few days ago , it mean ill have to restart it from lvl 1 ?! Im not sure to understand what is saved / lost , sorry my english not really good . Thanks

Hello everybody , i come back on this game after many years , and i was wondering if it was some patch or anything that could translate the game in other language like lets say french . English is rather ok for me , but always more enjoyable to play in my native language . Thank you .
