Return of Reckoning

Ok , i don't really know how, but i "solved" my problem. This is what i did:
1) downloaded and installed a newer version of hotspot shield (v4.15.3 - just google it)
2) moved the Warhammer online folder to several locations e.g program files , c: , c/games etc. "My Documents" is the final location ...

Any solution for these 2 problems above?
( read-only will not stay unchecked and "The specified service does not exist as an installed service. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070424)" )
