DoK or Zeal as a force multiplier

I currently have a lvl 19/23 Zeal but I'm thinking about starting a DoK as I remember really enjoying that class back on Live.

My goal is to be a force multiplier in WB which I think either will do but I'm curious if the current meta favors one or the other? If one or the other has a better WB ...
