I have no information that this is the case, but I'd guess it was part of a plan to allow high levels to debolster and participate in T1 RvR that got scrapped. Probably back before they merged the tiers, hence the debolster to level 10.

Was the 10% parry bonus for dual wield removed or modified? Paperdoll doesn't show a bonus from dual wield, but getstats does.

As I understand it, you can get three medallions per week, so it would take four weeks to get full sentinel. I'm not aware of a way to get the weapons currently.

Hopefully a dev can jump in and clarify.
