Couldn't play since april because of a launcher bug. Now I finally fixed it and all my characters are gone -.-

Yes, VPN didn't work. Reinstalling the game/launcher, disabling firewalls and replacing data.myp didn't work too

I have the same problem and can't seem to fix it. The last time i played is about a month ago and everything worked fine back then. Someone found a solution yet?
