does anyone know who/where to hand the box in to for the monkey on Destruction side?

ive seen others have it so they say something when they use an ability, like when rezzing someone it will also say their targets name ("soandso arise!). how can i do this?

For some reason, I am unable to talk in Guild Chat. I make sure that /guild is selected, but it comes out as a /say.
