Yes, there’s quite a lot of recruitment spam and I understand why it can be annoying. But it’s also a necessary evil, especially for non–English-speaking guilds: helping new players find people in their native language greatly improves retention (otherwise many feel lost and end up quitting). I've provided you reasons why it shouldn't be consumable. To elaborate on your objection. It's a primary mechanic to the game, not an optional one. It's integral to the games purpose. You either level up your keep to flip the zone or you take the enemies keep. You can't take a keeps without a ram ...
