Lots of this would be fixed with a server wipe and interest new players to join the fight. MMO's need new people to keep things interesting, sorta off topic but not really.
Sick of seeing forts thrown on purpose, ruins this game.
My 2 cents
p.s. maybe a server wipe event to test it out
