Did the main problem just cure itself as in you looked and now connect was available? How long did it take? I am having the same issue, been a day now.

I have been playing a couple of months. Zero addons or any mods. Yesterday the launcher connect was grayed out for the first time. I hopped online and here to try to figure it out. Based on the suggestions I saw:
