Return of Reckoning

Im getting an error code 0x80080005 when I launch the game. It gets to the character screen that has only the 4 buttons. I have done the downloads all ways (Torrent, mega, etc.) Launcher moved, Files unchecked, unblocked. Firewall, Antivirus been off and disabled. Im at a loss any suggestions.
