On the one hand, I agree that it's weird that you have a tactic at 30 that you can't use. I think a change to make that make sense is totally warranted. Either swap the level requirements of the two debuffs, or move the tactic up to 40. Personally I think swapping the two debuffs around makes ...

Please move "your squisy" ability to lvl 30, so that shamans are able to use "look at em" Tactic for a bit of damage while lvling.
Makes no sense to get the "look at em tactic" at lvl 30 and being unable to use it because "your squisy" is gained at lvl 40.
Alternatively revert it back to "yer a ...
