I logged in this morning and all of my characters weren't there. The same problem - today cant find 3 of my chars. Can u help and restore them? (Cant find them in the armory)

I have already done it.

When I go to the Dead Mans Cave in Reikland and try to interact with the altar - nothing happens. I tried to abandon the quest - nothing helped. Cant finish this quest. Help!
