Return of Reckoning

Got to the end of the quest for empire, got to the demon part, didn't realize if it despawned I would bug the quest out and not be able to complete. Tried abandoning and restarting by getting quest times, wouldn't re-trigger quest for me. Is there anyway to have this removed from my character or ...
