Projectile speeds are server configurable and were ballparked by me when I configured most of the abilities originally. Most of them are likely to be wrong. It's possible that one of the current developers may have decoded some of the original data, where I believe projectile travel time was stored.

Now on the other hand, we had the AM/Shaman changes, their healing output was too much but they kinda "worked", by that i mean, it was better than their 150ft heal spells, as it should be but once you got a competent group to cover you up, it was too good but still that didnt make them conceptually...

The technical issue behind GT effects appearing to have incorrect range is lack of server-side position prediction based on velocity. The range of these abilities is correct. Certain movement patterns exacerbate the issues.

I get that gw2 with no gear progression can be offputting to some, but the pendulum doesn't have to be completely in the other direction either.
