Block strikethrough is more useless.... Weapon skills are the second stat after strength for many DPS.

What about to make flail mutation required skill? Piercing bite tactic will increase the damage of it. Already a ton of gated skills, don't think another one would be good. You are right. seems devs change WB original 7tick to 4 tick so per tick dmg higher.... but i see the patch they say total dmg is not change...
