Return of Reckoning

Hello

i discovered yesterday about RoR and i was excited because i used to play a lot WAR back in the day.
I downloaded the game and the launcher and whenever I try to play i encounter 2 problems:
1)AUTHENTICATION FAILED

2)NO CHARACTER CREATION

What should i do?

Hello, i discovered about RoR yesterday and i downloaded it today .
Guys im experiencing a problem whenever im on the main menu of the game(not the launcher) after some time it says to me that ''authentication failed, the program will now terminate'' and well it terminates :P what should i do?
