Return of Reckoning

Im having an issue with my lvl 10 zealot. On the character selection it looks normal but when i log in he has bars wiped of spells, no items at all and on the top left it says im dead so i cant interact with anything.
Anyone got any clue what i can do ?

I changed setting from a custom one to high quality and now effects work

I'm pretty sure i didnt but im gonna check

What about BW's fire spells for example , or zealot's heals and dots ,cause i cant see those either

Is it normal that i cant see any abilities effects?

That's an access to the exe error i dont think it has to do with the server

When i try to log in the game via the launcher i get this error
