Haven't revisit the post, sorry if I reply a bit late. I am also on my phone so I can't properly do the link. SM is quite varied, so it's hard to get a straight answer from different players, unless they only play one build and never change.

Honestly, it depends on what you want. Tanking the shxx out of everyone? Go regen with Grimshimmer and regen jews, Vaul's Buffer, and high toughness. It is effective, but you will get bored with it very quickly(and get a lot of hate).
