After a lot of testing, I also agree. Our damage is roughly the same as before, but our defense is much worse.
I believe the playstyle they want us to use is the self-heal Bloodlust (tactic) on exhausts and the Cooldown-Reduction Tactic. The challenge with that in trying to compensate for the ...
