Hello everyone. I can't find any recent information about this spell. Apparently it used to be an aoe at some point, now it's not anymore ? And more importantly how is it working with Bullets of Purity ? Does it proc twice (at the beginning and ending) or does it proc for every tick ? I'm not sure ...
