A couple things:

-the dark protector on Blackguard does NOT cause a GCD. You can press it and immediately press Elite Training (or any other skill). This is the oath protector equivalent to the Ironbreaker skill. (Google search confirms the same. Tested it in game last night and it works. No GCD ...
