Are Scenario groups and warbands running aoe specs with BW and Sorc?

As I played live and beta of this server I choosed again an BW. I like those AOE tactic

Is it still brightwizzard and sorc ? I can't remember t4 live so which classes are doing most aoe spread dmg ? (Maybe you can list range and Meele)
