Return of Reckoning

The only complaint I have is about the amount of time the WB buff lasts. Maybe make it 20-25 seconds or have it wear off when leaving combat? When WE open with 5 CP WB its not feeling great...but maybe its just me :) Everything else is fine. Def builds is hard to fight but it can be worse :) Here is ...
