I have literall headache after seeing x4 disrupts on on WP in row. But they still ok in wbs. And BW have 2 tactics to benefit/negate disrupts.

This proc doesn't cover the nerf to the bw/sorc mechanics. Not at all. As is the set itself. It's great for twinks, but not for the overall state of the archetype in the endgame. But it was the "new set in which bw/sork will shine" that officially served as the reason for this nerf.
