how did you fix yours? no matter what I do, I cannot fix mine

I have ready everything on the forum, reset counters, unclicked read only and all that jazz, when I login to the game there are no errors at all. There is no server selection and I cannot create a character or anything

I can login, but I cannot when I get to the game screen there are no servers for me to select
