can you change levels, in which we are in all tiers?
t1 - 14
t2 - 24
t3 - 34
t4 - 35
?
it is all about scenario weapons, i cannot make so much medailons to achieve tier weapons and full armor(or change prices please)

Eshau the chosen one like to use pull players from scenario Highpass cemetery, he is using Repel strike to kick players behind the fence of scenario

after this changelog, i have lot of random crashes from game: in scenario, game freeze, i must do hard reset, in rvr lake game just crash, (uncleanly logoff). today i try game 4 times, allways crashed after 10-15 mins

yea, both works on player, and group too
it get permanent heal recovering, good thing in fight

these tactics get some rr bonuses from healing in scenarios
i try change Blessing of Heaven with Calming Winds, good idea, thanks

in 1vs1 fight is rising anger potent, but at scenario, or open rvr i just use Oath friend, and i have 100 grudge at 100 in 5 sec. Stoutness of stone... yes, it is good now, against mara knock or chosen stagger.
